Reporting a data issue
- The page address, selected metric and time range.
- The reading and its observation time, including GMT or BST.
- What you expected to see, and a link to the original publisher if available.
- Your device and browser if the problem concerns layout, charts or accessibility.
Please avoid including passwords, account details or other sensitive information. A chart difference may reflect sampling, coverage or a revised upstream record; the methodology page explains these limitations.
How corrections are handled
Reports can be checked against stored observations and source information. A correction may update explanatory text, a calculation or a record where the original value can be verified. Missing historical data is not invented. This is a spare-time project, so there is no guaranteed response time.
Privacy questions
You can use the same address for privacy questions. The dashboard footer provides Privacy & cookies and Cookie settings controls. Emailing the project uses your own email provider.
